The following papers have been prepared based upon our professional experience over many architectural and 3rd Party Consulting projects.  We hope these may prove useful to any who are currently involved in a real estate development project, planning a future construction project, or involved in institutional project management.

Any 'suggested' policy provided in any of these papers, is included to demonstrate the issues and as a general educational tool as to Construction Industry practices as we understand them, we are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice.  As mentioned, each project has unique factors that need consideration and therefore these papers only provide general guidelines based on our experience.
